An attorney for some guys who were kidnapped and taken on a high speed chase by Lindsay Lohan in 2007 asked a judge to order Lindsay to answer questions about cocaine use. The judge ordered Lindsay to answer questions about a drug test the night of her arrest that showed two different types of cocaine in her urine, and the fact that cops found cocaine the night of her arrest in her pants pocket at the police station, under oath.
Lindsay refused to answer the questions during a deposition she missed several times. A new deposition will now be scheduled where Lindsay will have to answer those questions under oath. Lindsay’s lawyer
got the judge to delay the new deposition date until after Lindsay’s probation violation hearing on July 6. A probation violation conviction could work against Lindsay at the kidnapping lawsuit trial.
