Adeola ‘Phoenix’ Osinuga, the wife of late Nigerian singer Nomoreloss, has died after battling a chronic ailment known as Fibromyalgia.
Adeola, a popular media personality, and a formal employee of Rhythm 93.7 FM, Lagos has been suffering from fibromyalgia for almost 4years and have died of the disease.
The disease has seen her go ‘in and out’ of the hospital for several months. Fibromyalgia is a rheumatic disease characterised by muscular or musculoskeletal discomfort with stiffness and localised tenderness at specific points on the body.
The disease has kept her away from her radio job with Rhythm FM. The deceased OAP lost her husband in March 2016, who died after a short battle with Pneumonia. They got married in 2008 and was blessed with daughter, Mo, in 2011.
Here’s was excerpt from Rhythm FM’s statement in 2017;
‘For the past few months, she’s been incapacitated and unable to work because of the severity of the symptoms and the debilitating pain she
experiences.
We, her friends, are trying to raise the money she needs to undergo Adult Adipose Stem Cell Therapy and RTMS (Repetitive
Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation).
These treatments will reduce and control her symptoms until such a time when a cure is found’.
