Once upon a time, they were famously called KCPresh, loved by all and well known for their perfect blend of Igbo and Calabar languages lyric in their songs. Painfully, they are now a defunct music group as Presh and KCee went solo some years ago.

However the former partners united again, courtesy of McDowell, world leading whisky brand. They were bought together in a spirit of friendliness at the Friendship Jam held at the Grandeur Events Center weeks ago.

The singing duo, winners of the 2002 edition of a popular music talent hunt show who went their separate ways precisely in 2011 after releasing 5 albums made a comeback in a fun filled atmosphere of friendship and unity concert, performing some of their hit tracks amidst huge crowd.

The fully packed venue witnessed performances from other artistes and comedy shows that was part of the night fun that lingered till next day.

Elated Kcee who narrated their experience said, “We have come a long way. We started back in Ajegunle where we met each other in church choir, Jesus’ Campaigners”.

Are there still chances that the duo would later come back to do a collabo? No one can still as the music industry is full of surprises.
