Junior Pope’s body arrives hometown for burial amidst tears
Tears flowed freely as fans and family of late actor, JohnPaul Odonwodo, better known as Junior Pope, gather to give him the last respect.
The actor’s body arrived in his hometown, Ukehe Igbo-etiti Local Government Area of Enugu State earlier today.
The burial is currently ongoing, with the presence of many Nollywood personalities.
The funeral mass is being officiated by Rt Rev Godfrey Onah, Bishop of Nsukka Catholic Diocese.
Recall that Junior Pope died in April after the boat he boarded on his way from a movie location capsized on Anam River in Anambra State.
The actor died alongside three other crew members who have been buried by their families. Junior Pope’s body was recovered and rushed to the hospital, where he was confirmed dead.
