Distinguished film scholar and Nollywood advocate in Califorina, USA, Dr. Jude Akudinobi, is, undoubtedly, an unhappy man at the moment.
And the cause of his sadness is not unconnected with the death of his mother, Mrs. Ann Onyebuchi Akudinobi (nee Onuora), who died at 90, in Woodland Hills, California.
The late septuagenarian had a distinguished career in nursing, midwifery and community health.
Waxing philosophical, Akudinobi said, “What else does one do when one’s work is done? Mama has simply gone to rest.”
