The award winning singer of the Next Rated Category at the 2015 Headies, Reekado Banks was not shortlisted for any of the categories at the 2016 Headies.
People think he has been trying to reignite the past feud between the two record label as a way of getting back for not been nominated in any category of the 2016 Headies.
He has decided to live through the experience of the biggest feud of 2016 as he recounts the ugly incident that brought about serious controversy between Don Jazzy’s Mavin and Olamide’s YBNL record label at the Landmark Event Centre.
He shared a picture of the car, Hyundai SUV, he won during the controversial award with a suspicious caption, “every song was a hit back to back” “Home is where love is #TheCarYouAllGaveMe #GodBlessYou”.
He noted that as far as he was concerned he remains the winner despite the fact that he was not nominated for any category.
