Towards the end of December 2016, a particular prophesy about prolific actress, Funke Akindele began making rounds.
This was allegedly said by the pastor of Mountain of Blessing and Miracle Church of Christ, Dr. Olagorioye Faleyimu, who made it known that the actress might never conceive in her life time and could also die if care is not taken.
Just few days after the prophesy, which was vehemently denied by the pastor involved went viral; reports started making waves that the actress is actually pregnant.
In Yoruba land, it’s forbidden for a woman to voice out in public that she is pregnant except to her close family members.
However, the actress has not really debunked the tale since its emergence which has made many believe it might be true any way.
To buttress it all, at the just concluded Headies, the actress seem to have given us the answer needed when she allegedly snapped at a reporter from Entertainment Café who questioned her about her pregnancy rumor.
It was alleged that she walked off muttering the word: “What do you want to hear? Thought you are a Yoruba man”
Could she be talking about the Yoruba tradition that stops women from disclosing to the world she is pregnant?
