There was a time Nollywood movie director and producer, Kunle Afolayan was complaining that he was thinking of running away from Nigeria because of hardship. Since his blockbuster movies October 1 and CEO came out, he has been smiling to the bank.
An evidence of this can be seen in the type of house he has built in Lagos.
Kunle is not the type of person who shows off but when he does, we all stop to see what he is showing. The palatial house he is showing off is a two-level Mediterranean mansion protected by a high fence. He explains;
“Some people may see this as show off but the wise will see beyond the surface,” he said, “My main motive of putting this video out is firstly, to appreciate the goodness of God in my life but majorly to use it as a medium to minister and encourage every hardworking Nigerian out there.”
His latest movie, CEO got the support of the Bank of Industry and Air France, among other organisations. He revealed that he is planning an in-flight premiere, in which he and his guests — including top government officials — will fly from Nigeria to France while watching the film on the board.
He says, “On June 1, 2016, we shall be having the first-of-its-kind premiere of The CEO aboard Air France to Paris, France. This special premiere will begin with a red carpet show at the check-in counter at the Murtala Mohammed International Airport.
