Nollywood actress, Jennifer Chioma Eliogu, has been in the business of entertaining people as far back as in the 90s and till today, she is still very relevant in the profession.
When she released a single few years ago, many thought she would be like her other colleagues in the movie industry, who ventured into the music industry and chickened out because they were not accepted by their fans.
But today, her music career is gradually gaining ground and she now performs at events. This has given her more confidence to take centre stage in the industry.
The actress had the rare opportunity to perform for the popular South African Bishop, Desmond Tutu on his birthday some months back.
In a recent interview, the actress stated that she has paid her dues.
“I finished secondary school in 1992 and started acting in 1997. Now that is a long time ago so I am not battling anymore to be seen or heard in the movie industry because I have paid my dues. On the other hand, I am still trying to leave a legacy in music,” she told New Telegraph.
