Music producer behind some of D’banj’s recent hit singles, Divine Austin, aka Deevee, has disclosed that he does not see himself as a replacement for Don Jazzy as he has been able to learn a lot from him.

The music producer who now works with D’banj in a recent interview with fujiipop, stated that when the duo went separate ways, he had to make a choice of what he wants and who he wants to work with which made him make a choice of working with the singer.

According to him, “One day, he came across me in the studio. That was how we met each other. And, when the Mo Hits split came up, I asked myself where do I stand? I realized working with D’Banj would give me more advantages and leverage. It would also give me knowledge about Nigerian entertainment industry business wise. In fact this is what I needed. I also got to work with Don Jazzy during Mo Hits era. My experience working with him was awesome as I learned a lot of things. So from there, I could continue from where he stopped with D’Banj. I want to declare to everybody reading this interview that I’m not a replacement for Jon Jazzy.”
