A few hours ago, Ronke Oshodi Oke , got more mentions on social media in twenty four hours than she has ever gotten in three month as fans wanted to read an interview she granted saying a more influential wife should not submit and cook for their husband.
Now she is in tears, saying the trending interview was edited and only the negative part was published and not the entire interview which will have allowed the public to understand her views.

In tears Oshodi explains, “I don’t understand, [I don’t know how people would just want to tarnish ones image] I don’t understand, we were just playing that day, we were just playing and chatting, it was just an ordinary play.
That person just took that part and put it on the internet, just that part. What of other things that i said? what about the other good things that i said? ‘cos i don’t understand. I am so annoyed right now, i am so furious i don’t even know what to do.
I go my way, i am a very simple person, i do my things, i don’t involve anybody, I’m a one man soldier, One man mopol ni mi [Why do you want to spoil my name] untop wetin? i am really angry right now”,

Below is the statement that got Oshodi in trouble “I am going to pay the NEPA bill, I would provide foodstuff if you don’t have, I would pay the school fees if you don’t have, I would do some certain things if you don’t have.
And then you would now come and expect me to cook for you or come and meet food when you come back home, it is not going to work. It is not just going to work. That is just it. But if you are a man and you are doing everything, absolutely everything, that is when you can have total control of your wife”.
