Award-winning Nigerian music group, Bracket has paid its dues in the industry since becoming a household in the country.

In 2014, one half of the group, Nwanchukwu Ozioko, better known as Vast, was treated of Lymphoma, a type of blood cancer. Some had thought he would not be able to withstand the rigours of his jobs anymore, but Vast bounced back to the stage and has remained strong since then,

During his trying period, Vast was told by his doctors to stay away from having any intercourse with a woman until he is told to do so again.

He told Encomium magazine that he has now been the go-ahead to have fun with women since he has been declared fit. Vast explained that the reason for this was for him not to give birth to an abnormal child.

“I have gone for sperm check. I am okay. The essence of not having s3x was to ensure that I don’t give birth to an abnormal baby. Because if I impregnated a lady in that condition, she might give birth to such a baby and of course I don’t want that to happen. That was why I was instructed to stay away from it for five months. I am ready to resume.

Interestingly, they know I’m a man capable of getting married when it’s time. Before they started the treatment, they took sperm from me for safe keeping in case the treatment damages my sperm. I will still be able to have children but nothing bad happened.

“It didn’t affect anything. I am free to have s3x and impregnate my lady when the time comes. Apart from being alive, that is also a good news,” he narrated.
