Beat 99.9 F.m’s on Air Personality, Gbemi Olateru-Olagbegi has spoken out against the practice of employers of labour who refuse to pay fair wages for workers who have sacrificed a lot on the job because they are not married or have not got a certain amount of children.

The vocal OAP revealed through her social media page that she finds it funny when in the midst of some friends and acquaintances and mention that she needs a certain increase in her pay and those people look her and ask, what do you need the increase for? But you do not have children or dependence.
