A lot of good things happen in Headies, apart from being a platform for giving out awards, lovers propose at this event.
This year it was a reunion for the Remedies, Eedris Abdulkareem, Tony Tetuila and Eddy Remedy, a pioneering Nigerian hip-hop music group.
In the just concluded Headies that was held at the on Thursday at Eko Convention Center, Lagos, the group came together to perform old songs like ‘Omoge’ and ‘Shakomo’.
There song thrilled the crowd as they sang together bringing out old memories they shared together in the past.
The Remedies consist of Eedris Abdulkareem, Tony Tetuila (pictured) and Eddy Remedy, enjoyed commercial acclaim in the 90s and early 2000s when they were the biggest Nigerian group.
Other veteran singers who performed in the event were Daddy Showkey, Ras Kimono among others.
