The celebrated musician, Davido has taken to social media to share photos from a massive campaign held for his uncle, Senator Ademola Adeleke in Osun on Saturday.
Senator Adeleke is running for the governorship office in the state under the umbrella of the People’s Democratic Party(PDP).
Davido performed to a crowd of thousands who gathered in solidarity with the family.
He also subtly addressed allegations that made the rounds on Friday claiming anti-graft agency, EFCC had frozen the bank accounts of members of the Adeleke family, including Davido.
Davido is taking a step out of music into politics, and now there are claims that he may have escaped a gun attack at a rally in Osun state over the weekend.
The singer who returned from his tour to the United States to support the governorship bid of his uncle, Senator Ademola Adeleke in the upcoming elections in Osun State, may have escaped an attack on his life.
Davido disclosed this on his social media pages on Saturday night.
Both on his Twitter and Instagram pages, Davido shared an image with the caption, ”When you try to shoot at us next time, make sure u get to aim, smh.”
