Christabel Key, the producer, is set to premier her new movie ‘Letters to my Mother’ at the Silverbird Cinemas, Ghana and Nigeria.
The movie, according to Kafui is full of intrigue and suspense and features notable leading movie stars in Ghana scene such as John Dumelo, Adjetey Annang, Kafui Danku, Paulina Oduro, Rose line Ngissah, Eddy Watson, the 22 year old Candice Jane, a diploma holder from Data Link University, Ghana among others .
The movie weaves a story rolled around deceit, lies and hatred in the life of a young man returning home with his wife to be and mother of her unborn child after five years stay in overseas. Mike (John Dumelo) experiencing a cold reception from her mum upon his arrival with his wife to be is left with no option than to probe and search in the path of the unusual to uncover the ‘hard to find’ truth. ‘Letters to My Mother’ is filled with great suspense as Mike embarks on a long journey to uncover the hidden truth which is creating a wide gap between him, his wife to be and his lovely mother.
