Funke Akindele seriously taunted us with this old picture she took with AY Makun on their way to Jamaica in 2015.  This happened during the shooting of  AY’s comic movie ‘”A Trip to Jamaica,” which was a collaboration between Nollywood and Hollywood.

Funke  who is busy shooting her season six of Jennifa’s diary almost made us wonder if  the picture with AY was an aspect of her comedy series. To make some of us understand that  the picture was an old one, she said it was a flash back Friday.

AY and Funke have this working chemistry that still leaves us wondering even after AY had explained to us when he said “Yes, it’s relationship, it is talent. Iron sharpeneth iron; it is just gaining the right connection with somebody you believe you can work with. And Funke shares that same believe like if it is AY I am ready to go. It is going to be Funke because the connection is there and she also can deliver so it is not only about connection, it is about who she is, her gift and her talent as well. She is somebody who has it and nobody will drop that idea of working with somebody like that.”
