Executive Secretary, Nigerian Educational Research and Development Council (NERDC) Prof. Ismail Junaidu in a clarification statement in Abuja has however come out to deny introducing Islamic Arabic Studies/French subjects in the new curriculum and that students can study either of the two subjects.
