The heat is on and first to react on the issue is Nollywood actor, Femi Branch, as he comes to address the error done by some entertainers for misleading facebook founder, Mark Zuckerberg, while he came visiting Nigeria.
Mark was in Nigeria where he met with some Nigerian celebrities like Yemi Alade, Basketmouth and others and rather than getting to know them well, the celebs were introduced to him as Nollywood stars.
Femi who was not happy with the development especially after watching video done by Mark himself making reference to those celebs as Nollywood artistes, took out time to vent his anger.
“Was really pissed off at the way we misrepresent ourselves to foreigners sometimes. Imagine this fellow saying “Here we have all the major Artistes”????? Seriously?!?! These are all the major stars in Nollywood?!?! And are Yemi Alade, Chidinma, Basketmouth and Co Nollywood Artistes?!?! This is really idiotic to say the least!!!” he said.
