If not for God, the entertainment industry, especially the comedy sector, would have been thrown into another period of mourning. Not too long ago, an up and coming comedian died in Jos, Plateau State, after he was involved in an auto accident.
The death of promising comedian, CD John, is still fresh in the memory of those in the entertainment industry. The life of MC Loph, a singer who remix Osita Osadebe’s ‘Osondi Owendi’ hit track, was cut short in a motor accident on the popular Benin/Ore Expressway.
Nigeriafilms.com learnt that fast-rising comedian, TeeGee Unusual, was involved in a ghastly auto crash on Sunday night while on his way to an event in Lagos.
It was gathered that the comedian was in the car with another occupant. Both of them survived the near-death crash.
The accident occurred near a popular bank around Silverbird Galleria on Ahmadu Bello Way, Victoria Island, Lagos.
TeeGee, who confirmed the incident to Nigeriafilms.com when contacted on phone, expressed gratitude to God for saving his life.
He also said, “Thank God for saving me. I had a serious accident last night on my way to Headies, but the blood of Jesus is always speaking on my behalf.”© 2014Nigeriafilms.com
