The Name Djinee would surely ring a bell if you have always loved and enjoy music all these years. Although he no more sings, but few years ago he was one of the big names in the industry.
One of his hit songs is ‘Ego’ the song was loved by many and he released other songs that also did well before finally giving up on music.
He was also an OAP and VJ before venturing into Music and until now it’s hard to tell why someone like him with such prospects gave up on music.
Enough said, many didn’t know that in 2008 when M.I, Ice Prince and Jesse Jagz came to Lagos to start their hustle, it was Djinee that accommodated them till they were able to get a house of their own.
Time went by and they did good music together while it lasted, but along the line a beef happened between Djinee and M.I and the cause cannot be really ascertained.
It’s been three years since the duo have been on longer heads, but on the just concluded Buckwyld ‘n’ Breathless that took place yesterday, the duo ended their beef on stage.
They performed together for the first time on stage which was a sign they have already decided to bury the hatchet, which also leaves us a clue that Djinee might just be returning to the music world soon.
