Fast rising Abuja based gospel act, Ayibaebi Fyneface a.k.a. Dfynefce has released another single, the third from her yet to be released debut album. The track, Ayibaebi features one of Naija’s a-class gospel artistes, Asu Ekiye.
Earlier, the Port Harcourt born artiste had released Give Love and All Right which are already making waves as they enjoy so much airplay both in Abuja and Lagos. In an exclusive chat, she told Nigerian Pilot that efforts are underway to release her album Give Love into the Nigerian market sometime in October this year. Insisting that she would always stick to gospel music, Dfyneface says she hopes to feature other star acts in her album.
“While alive, the best thing you can do with your life is to serve and praise God; that is why I decided to do gospel music so I can praise him with the talent he has bestowed on me,” she said.
The 2006 university of Abuja graduate of public administration, says she loves singing so much, that is what she spends most of her leisure time doing. This, she says, informed her decision to go into singing professionally about two years ago, and so far she has had to work with the likes of Asu Ekiye, Niyi P of MO Studio, Joe of Boogie Down Studio, amongst others.
Meanwhile, her debut video for the track Give Love which featured Dinosaur is already making waves. It is enjoying airplay in quite a number of TV stations nationwide especially in Abuja, the nation’s capital and in Lagos, the entertainment hub of the nation.
Happily married, the mother of two who said growing up wasn’t easy as she is from a polygamous home, is a private entrepreneur. She is the CEO of Fyneface Outsourcing, a company engaged in security gadgets, information technology and media relations.
