The special day popular Nollywood actor, Desmond Elliot has been waiting for is finally here and in some minutes’ time, he will officially become a member of the Lagos State House of Assembly.
Desmond is at the complex of the Assembly along with 39 other lawmakers-elect, who will be inaugurated today, Monday, June 8, 2015 by the state governor, Akinwunmi Ambode.
The actor won a seat at the April 11, 2015 State House of Assemblies election under the All Progressives Congress, (APC). He will be representing Surulere 01 Constituency at the Assembly.
