Defamation of Character: Larry B wins court case over Socialite Dumebi kachikwu
Socilaite and auto mobile dealer, Larry Onuegbu popularly known as Larry B has come out victorious.
After series of court trials for 5 years against Dumebi Kachikwu over defamation of character, the case is finally over.
The case allegedly began when Dumebi purchased a Porsche worth 14 million from Larry to give singer Naeto c as his wedding gift.
To avoid paying for the vehicle, Dumebi allegedly tried soling the reputation of the automobile company saying they sell second hand goods for new product.
This made Larry B demand for a billion naira as damages as well as a written apology that should be printed out.
In his mercy, the judge who found Dumebi guilty asked him to pay a sum of 2 million for damages instead of a billion and a written apology to be published.
