Nigerian musician Danfo Drivers which comprises of Mad Melon and Mountain Black are coming out for popular singer Tekno after exploiting their intellectual work without permission.
With the current rise in piracy and intellectual exploits of other people’s work in the music industry, I think it will not stop any time soon as notable artistes are the one’s involved in the crime.
Tekno recently dropped his own version of Danfo Drivers hit song “Kpolongo” and he was questioned for doing this.
The remake of this hit song that is done by Tekno is heavily welcomed by many as they love the concept and making of Tekno’s version.
Nigerian singer Lami questioned if Tekno had gone through right route to get the son remade and Banky W replied saying he would believe he had done so.
From the look of things, it seems Tekno did not consult them or maybe he didn’t finalize the agreement between them as they say they are coming for him to collect what he owes them.
