Some Nigerian entertainers are not bothered about the situation of the country since they seem to be making more money with their various foreign shows.

Despite how things are getting tough in the country by the day, some entertainers are still acquiring expensive cars and flaunting it to their fans nose but singer, Yemi Alade, has chosen to speak out on the current economic challenges the country is facing.

The singer, who could no longer bear the pain of the devalued Naira, stated that Nigerians voted for change and never voted for hardship that they are experiencing now.

According to her, “This continuous rise in naira to dollars exchange makes no sense!! At all, this is not the change I expected.

She further questioned that if Nigerians want to make their voices heard to the government, what could be the possible channel provided for its citizens to do so. “When Nigerians have questions for the government, what would be the appropriate channel?”
