Popular comedian and musician Maleke who also doubles as the Edo state president of performing musicians association of Nigeria, cheated death recently after he was beaten to a pulp.

This allegedly happened when a bar owner threw a party a day before his ordeal, and cash was thrown in the air causing a ruckus, and this prompted him to visit the bar owner.

Unfortunately for him, the bar owner allegedly descended on him with thugs and was robbed of 7,000 dollars and his car was also deflated.

Confusing as it is right now, the bar owner has also refuted the allegation saying the story was the other way round, and the comedian is only set out to destroy his reputation.

However, those related to the case has been arrested by the policemen of the state while investigation is ongoing about what really transpired.

And the injured comedian is currently in the hospital taking treatment, so far, he is said to be recovering really fast.
