Nollywood actress Chioma Akpotha has taken the initiative to defend her older colleague, Chiwetalu Agu after Gideon Okeke questioned his acting techniques.
Gideon accused the veteran actor of massive use of vulgar words which he claims would have an adverse effect on younger generations.
This has gotten Chioma Angry as she took to her social media page to lambaste the actor which she described as someone who lacks morals.
She said: “I DO NOT like to see or hear small children disrespect elders ( whether by age or craft ) all in the name of social media,How dare you insult an older talent on social media all in the bid to sound intelligent and all knowing?
HOW DARE YOU ???!You really think what you have done is right? If You have a problem with how an actor delivers his craft, take it up with the regulatory bodies as you want to be “TOUGH”.
Come to think of it, WHY SHOULD YOU EVEN HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THE WAY AN ACTOR CHOOSES TO DELIVER? As in? I’m short of words. This is not even about support but morals, something our new generation lacks as well as actors.”
