Halima Abubakar who had on her a lovely bead with sultry eyes may have been made up by her makeup artist Tersa Makeover who is very popular in the northern part of the country.

Recall that the actress announced during the new year that she would go off Instagram. The star has been busy on a movie location. Reacting to this beautiful photo was a fan who taught  It would be better for her to have  a neutral or nude makeup because her face is fat and doesn’t go well with heavy makeup .

She advised that Halima Abubakar should try just eyeliner and a nude lippy with less contouring abeg!!..
