Veteran Nigerian musician, socialite and activist , Charles Oputa popularly known as Charly boy has started making moves about his November 15, ‘Occupy Nigeria’ protest.
Charlyboy who has been against some of the practices of National Assembly has planned to lead about 10,000 ordinary Nigerians who have no political affiliation to a protest in Abuja.
His “Occupy Nigeria Campaign’ is aimed at fighting corruption, political criminality and bad leadership in government .
He holds the view that Nass must be a part time job and its budget must be made open to the public. He added that there should be death penalty for any political fraud and Treasury single account must be practiced across all forms of government.
