Nigerian female comedian Helen Paul lashed out on a fan for accusing celebrities of being stingy.
The comedian took out time to lecture the fan with some strong abusive words to follow suit.
The controversy all started when a fan who was angry took to instagram tagging celebrity ‘Stingy’ and this didn’t go down well with Helen Paul who soon turned it into an soon generated into an unplanned episode as the lady in question got a sermon from Helen Paul who did not only advise her, she also told her to ‘Pause and put her brain cells to work before you type drivel furiously’.
According to the talented entertainer, “Celebrities have bills to pay, incur expenses; help many times without necessarily announcing to the public, thus they shouldn’t be blamed unnecessarily.”
No matter how much any celebrity has acquired, it doesn’t just come to them they work hard for it. She also said that people should not put hopes of celebrities solving the problems of the entire human race; Helen used Nigerian bad roads and rich men/Government officials as reference to support her point.
She is also a stand-up comedian, known as Tatafo, characterized by a voice range that made her sound like a child. She has worked as both a freelance and full-time presenter at several media houses in Nigeria. These include Lagos Television (LTV 8), Continental Broadcasting Service (CBS), and MNet (as a co-presenter on Africa Magic Channel 114’s “JARA”.)
