Everybody claims to be in love or has been in love at one time or the other of our existence on earth. And although many say love is blind, the big question that most people will want to avoid is, will partners die for each other in the name of love?

Why must I die for my spouse. If I die for him who will take care of our children. And besides that, death is an individual thing and in heaven there is nothing like spouse.
When Jesus Christ was dying on the cross, he could have asked his mother to die for him to stay on, but he had to die because he had already been created for that purpose.
