AY Comedian’s marriage hits the rock
In a heartfelt Instagram post, Nigerian comedian and actor Ayo Makun, popularly known as AY, opened up about the dissolution of his marriage and shared insights into his personal struggles.
The announcement was made by the actor following an allegation by Gistlover, that AY’s wife, Mabel, caught him cheating.
It was also alleged that things got physical between them, leading Mabel to move out of their matrimonial home.
Gistlover also reported that the comedian found it challenging to stir away from his promiscuous lifestyle and has continued cheating on his wife even after their previous issues.
Expressing his vulnerability, AY admitted to engaging in actions he isn’t proud of and lamented the loss of his 20-year friendship and marriage. He highlighted the complexities of assigning blame in a society where women often play the victim, urging for a more nuanced understanding of personal relationships.
