Security personnel foil assassination attempt on Mercy Johnson’s husband

There was tension at the Edo residence of Nollywood actress, Mercy Johnson as gunmen suspected to be political thugs attacked her husband, Henry Okojie.

The assassination attempt on Okojie, who is a federal lawmaker representing the Esan North-East/Esan South-East Federal Constituency in Edo State, was, however, foiled by security personnel, Michael Ihaza, Okojie’s media aide disclosed on Friday.
