After recently tying the knot in a marriage ceremony in Lagos, more details have emerged of Nollywood actor, Femi Adebayo‘s newly wedded wife, Omotayo Maimunat Sanusi.
Femi and Omotayo were joined in holy matrimony on October 9, 2016 at the premises of Nigerian Institute of Medical Research (NIMR), Yaba, Lagos, an event that was graced by several Nollywood practitioners.
Contrary to earlier reports that Omotayo is a US-based businesswoman however, City People gathers that she is a popular caterer who promotes her food business through an online shopping platform.
She reportedly majored in provision of pounded yam delicacy, before an increase in demand made her embrace other food varieties.
The two lovebirds reportedly met and started their affair in Yaba in 2014, but Femi, whose first marriage crashed eight years ago, successfully shielded her from the limelight.
News of their wedding ceremony broke just a day before, with the couple making their preparations as secret as possible. Invitations, aso ebi attires and other arrangements were circulated without fanfare, as Femi was determined to keep media glare to a bare minimum.
It was a high-class ceremony nonetheless, as Odunlade Adekola, Desmond Elliot, Bimbo Oshin, Faithia Balogun-Williams, Iyabo Ojo, were among several celebrities in attendance.
