Actress Diva Gold speaks about getting sexual advances from women
An actress, Olukemi-Niyi Aluko, popularly known as Diva Gold, has opened up about getting sexual advances from her fellow women.
According to the actress, sexual advances from women are not as frequent as the ones she gets from men, but she recalled a particular situation where an unnamed woman wanted more than friendship from her.
“I don’t really get sexual advances from women, I get it mostly from men. But there was a time that happened. The person wanted me to be close to her. I didn’t come forth as she expected so we lost contact and I didn’t show interest. But I know what the person was driving at. I didn’t want it to get deep, so I kept my distance,” Diva Gold opened up.
Also, she berated men who are threatened by the success of women around them saying, “Only a man that is selfish and gullible will be intimidated by a woman’s success. You should be happy that your woman is successful. There are so many women that if they are successful, the man becomes the luckiest man on earth.”
On how she is able to pull off the role of an old woman in movies despite being young, she said, “I would say its grace and God because there is no talent that I have that isn’t from God. If God gives me the talent and I don’t put in the work, it might be a waste. Aside from having the talent, I also put in the work. I watch other people too, and watch movies to add more skills to my talent. I am a versatile actor, I can pull off any role that I want to pull off.”
