Handsome, Nollywood actor, Femi Branch has accused comedian Gordons of looking for cheap popularity.
He fired the comedian for speaking ill about the legendary singer Tuface Idibia who opted out of the nationwide protest at the last minute.
Branch admitted that he never had any regard for the Gordons. He noted that any right thinking person will know that there is no correlation between being a musician and expressing ones fundamental human right.
He took to his Instagram page to say that Gordons is only looking for cheap popularity, he accused him of collecting peanut from his political God father.
“I can’t even say am disappointed in @gordonsberlusconi for this trash he’s speaking. I never had much regard for him anyway. What has being a musician or a politician got to do with exercising your fundamental Human Rights to protest against a government that continues to disappoint it’s citizens. @oddicial2baba has used his music to protest against diverse issues in our Nation in the past, so what is wrong in him deciding to go on the streets and protest if he feels his voice will be better heard that way? Bros Abeg if u no get anything sensible to say, go and sit down with ur dry jokes and stop looking for cheap publicity. We know say na hunger and the small change wey u dey collect from ur political godfathers dey worry u! Mmmsssscchhheeew #fuc**”””##ngbetrayer Thanks jare @ruggedybaba for the ‘sensible’ reaction. Nonsense!!!!!” he wrote
