It has been revealed to the Senate that Buhari is owning a lot of people. In the last ten months, the Federal government has not paid the salaries and allowances of former President of the federal Republic of Nigeria, Alhaji Shehu Shagari.

Also affected in the non payment of salaries and allowances since January this year are former Presidents Olusegun Obasanjo; Goodluck Jonathan; former Military President, General Ibrahim Babangida, rtd; General Abdulsalami Abubakar; General Yakubu Gowon and Chief Ernest Shonekan.

Indeed, the recession is everywhere!
