During traditional wedding celebration, the couples try as much as they can to dress in their native attire. This is not only common in Nigeria. There are many parts of the world where the couple do not only wear the usual white gown and jacket costume, which was made popular by Queen Victoria in the 19th century. They put on their native wedding wear to portray the place they come from.
