Naija!! what wouldn’t we see or hear again! Isn’t this just an act of stupidity?
A woman who is six months pregnant decided to commit suicide just because she discovered her husband isn’t faithful to her.
This allegedly happened when Cythia Njoku, 27 couldn’t find her husband at home on Saturday night, 14th of august 2016, and when he showed up the next morning, he had no cogent excuse for his disappearance.
Her anger aggravated when her husband started calling a strange woman that same morning, which she suspected was his lover.
This made her go inside the room and poured kerosene on herself not even minding the fact she was pregnant and set self ablaze.
At least she was burnt at about 45 degree. She is currently receiving treatment at a private hospital where she is said to be recuperating but the fate of the baby is yet unknown after they discovered irregular breathing.
