What is this world turning into my God? How can a father be this wicked and heartless to his own flesh and blood?

When I see some things, my heart really bleeds for this little princess that was tortured by her father just because she lost her slippers.

Please how much is slippers, no matter how poverty stricken one might be, should that be a reason for a child to be beaten to this extent?

The incident actually allegedly took place in Port-Harcourt, when the little girl went to play with her friends wearing the slippers her dad bought for few days earlier, but she didn’t return home with it.

This angered the father so much and he trashed her still she was scared which made neighbors angry and almost lynched him for his cruelty.
