An unidentified 19-years-old-lady created a scene in Dunhuang, China, when she dived into a river in an attempt to commit suicide.

She was said to have been with her colleagues drinking beside the river in northwest China when she jumped in.

In the process of rescuing her the second time,not less than 9 people got drowned. The government of Dunhuang city made it known on her social media post.

Meanwhile, officials in the province of Gansu have reportedly begun investigation into the incident.
