The Niger Delta Avengers has claimed responsibility of the recent attack of the pipeline belonging to the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation, NNPC, in Akwa Ibom State.

 It would be recalled that the group has been responsible for different pipeline vandalism in different parts of the country especially in the south south.

The group has on its twitter handle @NDAvengers said the pipeline was located at Oruk Anam Local Government Area of Akwa Ibom State

The tweet reads, “At 4.00am @NDAvengers blow up NNPC pipeline in Uruk Anam Local Government Area of Akwa Ibom State.”
