Like father like son, that is the lifestyle of Seun Kuti and his legendary father, Fela Kuti, who never gave the government breathing space in his days. Seun is not sparing any government, be it Goodluck Jonathan or Buhari’s administration when there are lingering issues to tackle. Seun has taken a subliminal attack on the president, Buhari without actually calling his name in his latest tweet.
The singer was busy with one of his followers, telling a particular person “You cannot be talking sarcastic when you are dealing with country issues, especially a great problem we have been suffering for long. If this government show sign of progress I am sure the youth will support them without any doubt , but the youths dey see na poverty” Then, getting to the trouble of the day where he has this for the president.
The Minister of State for Petroleum, Ibe Kachikwu, on Wednesday said fuel scarcity may persist for two more months as oil produced in the refineries would not be sold but kept in a “strategic reserve” and also said he had no “magic wand” to? make fuel available overnight. Seun capitalized on this and asked a simple question
“Abeg where our Minister of Petroleum? No be Oga Ibe Kachikwu we dey ask for o, the real minister because we wan know when fuel go dey town to buy”
