Contrary to the wicked and evil rumour spreading like wild fire that top comic actor Nkem Owoh, better known as Osuofia, was recently arrested and killed for drug trafficking in Saudi Arabia, we can authoritatively say that there was no iota of truth in the false alarm, which circulated heavily over the weekend.

According to Mr. Ejike Asiegbu, the national president of the Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN), Owoh, is alive and kicking. In fact, he is also hale and hearty and currently in Abuja shooting. “People should stop circulating such wicked and malicious rumours about our icons in Nollywood. Our members are responsible and law abiding citizens”, Asiegbu cautioned.

So, for you teeming fans of the hilarious entertainer that have been calling us, be rest assured that Osuofia, is alive and kicking. Gathered that he would be addressing a world press conference on the nasty issue soon.
