In the midst of the Nigerian hard economy system, how many people will willingly return the sum of 12 million naira to the owner the way the airport cleaner, Josephine Ugwu, did?

After all the whole applauds and popularity, the cleaner seems not to be moved by all that even with her recent commendation from the Lagos state house of Assembly and the cash prize given to her.

Josephine while appreciating all the rewards given to her stressed that it will be more better if she can get a better job offer with the federal government than what she currently does.

“I quite appreciate the Federal Government for the honour done to me, I got an award from the National Orientation Agency. I really appreciate their kind gesture. It really feels great to be honoured. I thank God that I was remembered.

The man who addressed me requested Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN), to provide a better job for me. I hope it works out.

I was given N30,000. I was told that is the amount they give in reward for any patriotic act. I am grateful for it but I need a better job.”
