Ghana and Nigeria have become sort of twins when the movie business comes calling as both industries have a mixture of actors who continue to feature in movies. The producers have used the thespians of both nations to bring forth many movies that have won several awards.
But for Nigerian-born producer, Frank Rajah Arase, Ghana is not a safe haven for him anymore after surviving numerous ‘strange’ attacks in the ‘Black Star’ nation. He explained that the attackers have the weirdest burglary attempts on him because they have always stolen his creative works.
Speaking with News-One, the dark skinned producer said he is relocating to Nigeria as his hard-drive had been stolen which contained some yet-to-be released movies he directed featuring Yvonne Nelson as the other producers are demanding their refunds on the movie.
His works include, Beyonce-The President’s Daughter, Somewhere In Africa, The Game, Princess Tyra. The producer also revealed that his room has been vandalised on numerous occasions. The hard drive was stolen on one of his drive-around in town.
Frank Rajah Arase had worked in Ghana about a decade and has been alleged to be responsible for the breakthrough of some well-known artistes in Ghana such as Majid Michel, Jackie Appaih, Nadia Buari, John Dumelo, Van Vicker and others.
