Nollywood actress, Omotola Jalade, is not struggling for any political office, but the actress while celebrating her 20 years on stage, has been able to pull large crowds just like the kind of crowds seen at the various political campaign across the country.
The actress who is currently on tour in Abuja, visited some students at the Government Senior Secondary School Lugbe, where she along with another guest speaker from Leap Africa, Mr Kayode Ajayi-Smith, encouraged the students on the need to invest and believe in themselves.
The 2013 Time 100 most Influential Icon, took with her; personalised hand sanitizers and #igatvalue Notepads which she encouraged the students to record their dreams and visions with.
Omotola’s visit made a whole difference to two students of the school, Ja’afaru .N. Ruth an SSS2 student and Tuwase Regina Odunayo an SSS3, who won scholarships courtesy Stella Maris to University level.
The students used the occasion to plead with Nigerians to come to their aid as they desperately need a fence around their dangerously exposed school.
