The maternal instinct of the Nollywood divas, Dakore Egbuson-Akande and Omotola Jalade-Ekehinde came to bear on Wednesday, January 14, when both actresses visited the 2015 ‘First Baby of the Year’ in Lagos at the Eko Hospital in partnership with Pampers.
The Brand Manager, Pampers Nigeria, Iphie Chuks-Adizie revealed the love and acre Pampers has helped build over the years through its products, “The Pampers’ First Baby of the Year visit, which took place at EKO Hospital, is Pampers’ way of celebrating the baby and mother who among several women awaiting delivery pulled through the pain and delivered the first baby in Lagos State,”
Mrs Enilolobo Temitope, who was delivered of the baby January 1 at the hospital, expressed her appreciation, sharing her earnest desire to actually give birth on the same date.
“I appreciate Pampers for showing my Baby and I so much love on this day and I am so touched by this act. I never expected this visit just like I never thought my baby would be the first to arrive in this hospital in the New Year, but see how everything came out perfectly. This visit is a total surprise for me and is a sign of good things to come for me and my baby.”
Both screen goddesses, who are Pampers brand ambassadors presented a year-long supply of Pamper Baby-Dry range of diapers to the mother and baby, congratulating her on the safe delivery.
