Hypertek record label boss, Tuface or better still Tubaba as he now wish to be addressed, has spoken about his change of name, revealing that he wanted to be more official which is why he preferred being addressed to as ‘Tubaba.’
The talented singer stated that though people still call his former name Tuface and he still answers, needed to come up with the new name basically for publicity ahead of his next album.
Meanwhile, clearing the air of his reuniting with his former record label, Kennis music, the singer explained that nothing of such was happening as he the record label were only planning a 10th anniversary of his album with the company.
“I am still having a good romance with Kennis Music. It has been 10 years since the release of my first album as a solo artiste, and Kennis Music is planning a 10th anniversary of that album. The album has been re-mastered. That’s exactly what I am doing with Kennis music. So, it’s not about Tubaba joining Kennis Music as an artiste,” he said.
